Orders purchased before 3pm GMT will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders after 3pm GMT will be dispatched the next working day.
Bank Holidays & Weekends are not included as delivery days.
Please note if you order at the weekend your items will be dispatched on Monday.

If you order products for delivery outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Orders outside of the EU will have the VAT deducted.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, you can return any purchases within 28 days of receipt.
Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. They must be returned in their original packaging.
We offer a Free UK Returns Policy on all Refund / Exchange requests.
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the order using our returns link below, and must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all Graysey garment tags and labels attached.
Once we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 14 working days for your return to reach us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit.
We will then inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Graysey Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you a further email notification to confirm this.
All UK returns are free using our Collect Plus returns service. You can use any of the 7400 drop off points around the UK. Please click on the link below to have your return authorised by us and to create a returns label.

For international returns, you’ll need to pay for return postage. Please send your return via a trackable method, clearly writing on your package ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and keep it safe until you receive your refund or exchange.

You are able to exchange any purchase within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. They must be returned in their original packaging.
Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size and/or colour and are subject to stock availability. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned as per the Graysey Returns Policy. If an item has been reduced in price the difference will not be refunded. Exchange orders will be delivered to the same shipping address stated on the original order.
Delivery is free on all replacement items within the UK, but if you are based outside the UK you may need to pay taxes and duties on any replacement items in addition to the shipping/delivery charges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you must return your order item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
We’ll process your exchange or return as soon as we receive it. If you’ve requested a refund, funds should be back in your account within 14 days.
This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt as per the Graysey Returns Policy. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Graysey and may be returned back to the customer or may only be refunded as Store Credit.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it and your right to cancel ends on the 14th day from when your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place.
You are also given the right to cancel an order at the point of sale. We recommend you email firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance so we can arrange for your order cancellation prior to it being dispatched.
If your order has been shipped or is in transit you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. We recommend you return the goods following our Returns Policy.
If you choose to cancel your order (instead of following the returns process) you will need to cover the cost of the return shipment, as our Free Returns service does not apply to canceled orders.
The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt.
The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
